Refund and Returns Policy

At Electric Bike For Adults, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order in case , you can request a return or exchange within 07 days of receiving your item. Requests made after 07 days will not be accepted. Before returning an item, you must contact us at [email protected] to initiate the return process. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

• • Condition of Items: Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

• • Shipping Cost Responsibility:
    • • If you return the item (e.g., you changed your mind or ordered the wrong item/size), you are responsible for return shipping costs.
    • • If the return is due to our fault (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged product), we will cover the return shipping and issue a full refund.

⚠️ Items returned without authorization or items that don’t meet the above conditions will not be accepted or refunded.

Non-Returnable Items

How to Return an Item – General Return Process

Order Cancellations
